Connolly in national post

Baltimore County Register of Wills Grace G. Connolly has been elected by her peers across the country to serve as president of the National College of Probate Judges. Connolly, a former chief judge of the Baltimore County Orphans' Court, has been on the organization's board of directors since 2000. She expects to focus on, among other issues, efforts to ensure that legal guardians of elderly individuals demonstrate the ability to adequately oversee their financial and legal affairs. The National College of Probate Judges, established in 1968, is the only national organization exclusively dedicated to improving the efficiency and fairness of estate and other probate proceedings across the country.
