Baltimore County - Directions
Office Location -
The Baltimore County Register of Wills Office is located in the County Courts Building, 401 Bosley Avenue in Towson, Maryland (see map below). This is sometimes referred to as the "New Courthouse". We are on the fifth floor, Room 500.

Driving Directions
From Baltimore City:
Using I-83 North (Jones Falls Expressway) proceed to I-695 East (Baltimore Beltway). Take Beltway Exit 26A - York Road South. Turn left at the end of the ramp onto West Road. At the traffic light, turn right onto York Road. Stay in the right hand lane. Proceed to the second traffic light and bear right onto Bosley Avenue (Towson By-Pass). The County Courts Building is on the left hand side of Bosley Avenue, just past the fourth traffic light.
From Catonsville area:
Using I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) take Exit 26A - York Road South. Turn left at the end of the ramp onto West Road. At the traffic light, turn right onto York Road. Stay in the right hand lane. Proceed to the second traffic light and bear right onto Bosley Avenue (Towson By-Pass). The County Courts Building is on the left hand side of Bosley Avenue, just past the fourth traffic light.
From Essex area:
Using I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) take Exit 26 - York Road: Towson/Lutherville. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto York Road. Proceed to the third traffic light and bear right onto Bosley Avenue (Towson By-Pass). The County Courts Building is on the left hand side of Bosley Avenue, just past the fourth traffic light.
Parking
There is limited on-street metered parking around the County Courts Building.
Most meters have time limits that are not sufficient for a visit to our office.
