From the Baltimore Beltway (I-695)
Take Exit 19 (I-795 North) toward Owings Mills/Reisterstown. Merge onto MD 140 West via Exit 9B toward Westminster. Follow MD 140 West approximately 11 miles (through 10 traffic signals). At the 11th traffic signal, turn left onto Center Street. Proceed one block to the four-way stop sign and turn left on to Willis Street. At the end of Willis Street, the Historic Courthouse will be located on your right. If you turn left on to North Court Street, the Courthouse Annex will be on your right.
From Frederick-Hagerstown
Take I-70 to MD 27 North towards Mt. Airy. Follow MD 27 into Westminster. Turn right onto East Main Street/MD 32. Turn left onto North Court Street. Turn right onto Court Pl. Turn left onto North Court Street. The Courthouse Annex will be located on your right.
From Manchester-Hampstead
Take Route 30 to Route MD 27. Take 140 East. Turn right onto MD 140 then right onto Center Street. Proceed one block to the four-way stop sign and turn left on to Willis Street. At the end of Willis Street, the Historic Courthouse will be located on your right. If you turn left on to North Court Street, the Courthouse Annex will be on your right.
Parking
Free parking is available on both sides of Willis Street, as well as in a lot located directly behind the Vietnam Memorial. There is additional free parking in a lot located behind the Courthouse Annex.
